Policies when booking your appointments
These policies apply to Honeydew Employees only. Any girls who are self employed have their own policies and you should check with them before booking!

Booking Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. If you fail to do so, a new deposit will be required for any future bookings.

No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without any warning or communication, 100% of the appointment cost must be paid before you can book another appointment.
Late Policy

If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, we may not be able to provide the full service or any service at all, depending on how busy the day is. You will still be charged for the missed appointment.

We will always try our best to accommodate you, but please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment.
